IBAB launched a joint academia-industry PhD program with Merck-Syngene on Aug 7, 2019. The first student selected under this program, Ms. Shikha Kumari, will be working in the niche area of pharmaceutical biologic development. Dr. Ralf Guenther from Merck KGaA and Dr. Saurabh A Joshi from Syngene International were present at the kick-off ceremony, and were given a tour of the IBAB campus and facilities.
