IBAB’s Bio-IT Centre conducted its first fully online, hands-on workshop on “Introductory Genomic and NGS Analysis” between 21-23 September 2020, moderated by Dr. Gaurav Sharma, Dr. R. Srivatsan and Dr. Shruthi Vembar, and assisted by Bio-IT Project Assistants Ms. Sneha Murthy and Ms. Anitha Bavikatte. 23 participants from diverse academic and industrial backgrounds across India were selected for the workshop. Overall, the workshop was a success and the feedback obtained indicated that the participants were extremely satisfied with their learning experience.
